Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electro-mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on motion systems At least 7 years of relevant working experience (semicon or similar) Knowledge of electric design principles of cabling, connectors, safety systems, electronic racks, PCB design User of 3D design tools and schematic drawing tools (e.g. NX, SolidWorks, E-Plan) Basic programming skills and ability to debug electrical systems Understanding of motion control systems Helicopter view, abstract thinking and ability to think out-of-the box An effective communicator Deep understanding and experience in the different design phases ranging from conceptual design up to Proto- and Pilot evaluation Experience in multidisciplinary projects, knowing interdependency between electrical, electromechanical and mechanical (sub)systems Fluent in English, both speaking and writing Willingness to travel overseas and cooperate with the European mother company
