Job Detail

The duties of the Graphic Designer mainly consist of, creating artworks to support marketing activations, design new websites/flyers/brochures and support the marketing team with all design related tasks. Principal Accountabilities: 2.1 Develop all marketing and promotional collateral according to brand standards for both online and print, among which include brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards, newsletters, presentations, sales kits and others. 2.2 Developing layout designs. 2.3 Design/edit digital clips/videos for social media-online purposes. 2.4 Designing and producing highly creative, impactful presentations for the sales and marketing department, as needed. 2.5 Think creatively, generate new ideas, designs and concepts all in line with the brand identity guide. 2.6 Assisting with photography needs for menu shoots and campaigns. 2.7 Effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritizing where necessary and providing updates when required. 2.8 Work with the sales and marketing department and other internal departments to understand their requirements and create accordingly. 2.9 Ensures adequate stock of all regularly used marketing collateral is always available. 2.10 Assist in the planning and execution of events attended or hosted by the brands with focus on the creation of promotional merchandise, adverts, flyers, stage design, pre and post event marketing. 2.11 Developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. 2.12 Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size. 2.13 Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. 2.14 Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials with outsources agencies. 2.15 Takes part in the brainstorming meetings with the marketing team for new activations and future promotions. 2.16 Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned. Communication & Working Relationships: 3.1 Coordinates with the Marketing team to guarantee effective communication and project deadlines.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 4.1 BA degree in Graphic Design or Marketing from a reputable university. 4.2 Minimum 2-3 years of experience. 4.3 Fluent in English. 4.4 Exceptional creativity and innovation. 4.5 Accuracy and attention to detail. 4.6 Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills. 4.7 Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop. 4.8 Confident and dynamic personality. 4.9 Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions. 4.10 Highly cooperative team spirit. 4.11 Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines. 4.12 Sound understanding of marketing principles. 4.13 Effective knowledge of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing. 4.14 Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. 4.15 Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts. Physical Requirements of the job: 5.1 The job of the Graphic Designer may require long working hours, working during holidays.
