Welcome visitors warmly and provide excellent service according to standard operating procedures Manage reception counter such as ticketing services, and enquiries (Walk-ins, calls, emails), attendance taking (based on time-slots) Roving duties to support visitor engagement across various exhibition spaces Proactively collect feedback from visitors to improve their experience Conduct exhibitions sharing, and facilitate interactive sessions or short skits for the children Cleanup of public spaces during break intervals Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the relevant teams Conduct daily checks to ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality of all visitor amenities, AV/IT equipment, and exhibitions Set up the Museum for the day, including signage, queue management systems, and operational equipment Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Proactive and willing to work with children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experienced in handling payment transactions Comfortable interacting with the public and presenting to groups Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts Prior experience in museums, attractions, hospitality, or service industries will be an advantage
