everage CORE operating system (Customer Orientated Results & Excellence) & SPS (Standard Production System) to achieve organizational excellence Coordinate the Continuous Improvement programs and CORE/SPS activities within the company Facilitate Tier Meetings - SPQDC discussions (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost) Establish, drive and sustain standardize visuals across organization Troubleshoot data extraction and visualization errors from Tier Boards Oversee employee CORE proficiencies and training program status Conduct CORE "Superday" training as required Identify areas of improvement and ensure measurable implementation Promote a strong and sustainable culture of continuous improvement Coordinate continuous improvement projects & CORE engagement events Monitor and track employee CORE proficiencies & training program status Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials Participate in the CORE council review Support in the technology and CORE process improvement projects Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company Manage CORE communications and update to internal stakeholders Carry out any other administrative activities or job duties assigned

Job Requirements

Diploma in Business Analytics / Engineering / Computer Science Min 1 year of relevant experience managing data analytics and continuous improvement activities Relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement Good understanding of lean six sigma with a continuous improvement mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel and Access skill to update and process data Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
