Verify all Maintenance History File (MHF) worksheets & release certificates from vendors is complete & with accurate information of work performed. Ensure operation personnel rectify any non-conformities identified during the maintenance history file (MHF) documentation checks. Participate in engine pre-induction meeting with various stakeholder. To ensure that all reports/release tags/material labels, tally with physical identification of parts & components that was issued to engine assembly. Perform engine logbook review i.e. LCF calculation including LRU TSN & TSO calculation & various assigned Gate inspections processes during engine shop visit. Ensure availability of correct record i.e. Lift limited Parts, back to birth records in work packages for continuing Airworthiness & other certificates / document as required per PWC Quality procedures. Ensure history records of engine shop visit are well maintained and secured for review i.e. archiving of MHF and storage of history records at PWC or at approved vendor. Verify and prepare document required for releasing finished product back to service. Ensure timely delivery of completed engine release packet to the customers manager. Compile critical data and ensure information accuracy in established shop visit report formats for delivery to Customers. Perform data loading in Quality Control System Track System.
Diploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or any other related field. Diploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or any other related field. 2 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility, production planning or scheduling. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skill. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skill. Flexible to commit working overtime to support business on need basis.
