Minimum Diploma / Degree or equivalent 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the transportation industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Able to prioritize and multitask Good written and communication skills
