Handles and responds to customer quality issue such as external CARs. RMA (product verification, liaise with CS/Operations on product disposition) Approver of non-std flow STR. Co-ordinate customer audit / questionnaire response (quality) and follow up on audit findings. Continuous improvement & problem analysis on quality issues using yield data, MRB (for low assembly yields and high continuity), internal/external CARs, etc. Handle incoming material defects; notify and follow up with customer on disposition. Review and send out customer reports such as: Cpk, Reliability, assembly/test LRR, ppm, etc. QBR preparation pertaining to quality indicators such as PPM, reliability, Cpk, SPC etc. Notify TPM/customer on PCN and keeping track of its progress. Liaise with TPM/customer on technical issues and be the point of contact for customers SQE. Perform Customer Specs Review (technical), coordinates with various parties to review the specs, feedback to customer on any concerns. Upkeep customer baseline specification. Liaise with Operations on engineering evaluation and data analysis due to quality issues. Liaise with NPI/Quality on specs review for package and device qualification result.

Job Requirements

Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in communicating with all level of customers will be advantageous.
