Oversee all the new construction/installation of production and office expansion project and actively involved in all the design work and specification before finalisation or design freeze. Work closely with IE and end users to define project intention and translate the intention into installed system to meet the its function and performance. Coordinate for any new tools and utilities hook up or tools relocation activities. Responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractors works on site to ensure compliance to internal Safety guidelines and jobs specification. Ensure timely completion, safety and quality standards of project works. Prepare and update all site reports and closely monitor the progress of the project including submission of weekly report to Director. Liaise with end user/IE to define the scope of work, work methods, technical specifications of the services. Generate RFQ and arrange sitewalk with contractors to explain the project/hookup expectations. Perform project cost estimation, participating in technical/engineering evaluation of all bidding packages with Purchasing. After completion of project, responsible to ensure all payments are regularized, projects are buy-off according to procedures. Project closure documentation are obtained like O&M manual, as built drawings, T&C records, all regulatory certificate, Spare part listing and contractor/vendor listing. Oversee the facility gas operation and maintenance, including but not limited to ad hoc job such as regulator replacement, filter replacement, etc. Drive new materials & second source materials qualifications for cost optimisation. Explore the improvement project to ensure the gas system robustness and optimisation. Maintain and upkeep the LSS system. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director/Manager.
