Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, ensuring daily shipment requirements and commitments are met by coordinating with cross-functional support teams. Act as the voice of the customer by clearly communicating their expectations, goals, and priorities to internal factory support groups. Proactively identify and communicate logistics issues or production constraints to customers, including timely updates on any potential shipment de-commits. Coordinate with customers to request additional hardware necessary to meet production and shipment targets. Collaborate with customers to improve die visibility, and support pull-in requests to meet or exceed forecasted production loads. Oversee planning and scheduling activities for assigned business accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal capabilities.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, production planning, or supply chain operations, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry. Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Korean-speaking customers.
