Job Detail

Managing the day-to-day issues pertaining to cleaning, waste management and pest control operations. Assists the Manager in the planning and implementation of both short and long term routine and ad hoc schedules for cleaning, waste management and pest control operations. Supervise outsourced vendors in the effective performance of their contractual obligations and in accordance with established standards in guest services. Conduct thorough inspection of works done by outsourced vendors to ensure delivery of quality service. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by both the department and its outsourced workers in line with the requirements of all concerned government regulatory bodies. Prepare and disseminate reports such as Daily Reports, Incident Reports and all other types of reports as may become necessary. Support events and other special occasions requiring extra attention.

Job Requirements

GCE O Level with related experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service and/or cleaning-related industry Flexible with scheduling which may include day, evening, weekends, public holidays and overnight. Possesses strong leadership skills and able to make sound independent decision. Possess basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or pest control. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
