Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guests in the most professional and efficient manner to ensure high level of guest satisfaction Perform upselling with a sales attitude and be aware of the resorts-wide sales opportunities Maintain effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments especially Housekeeping to ensure seamless experiences for all guests Be responsible for the maintenance of guest recognition programs, accurate guest recognition reports and handling of guests' complaints

Job Requirements

GCE `O' Level or its equivalent 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality industry Good interpersonal skills with effective multi-tasking, time management and problem solving skills Possess a warm, pleasant personality with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants and major attractions Able to perform shift working, including working on weekend and public holiday
