Patient Service Associate (Urgent O & G Centre)

Job Detail

You will be required to register patients and assist doctors in the consultation rooms which includes duties such as preparing patients for physical examinations, scheduling follow-up appointments and completing billing transactions. You will also attend to requests and enquiries from patients, member of public and staff and relay messages to relevant personnel as required.
