Regarding the collection of 4 EDS success stories, I have already met and discussed the respective stories with Esther, Xin Yun, Juvena, and Siti. I have obtained success stories from Esther (Pathlight School – Recruitment) and Xin Yun (EXPLICO Pte Ltd – CTC), and uploaded them to the EDS team folder on the SharePoint page. As for Juvena, she mentioned that her project company (IDS Clinic) declined to be featured as part of the e2i success stories due to their regulatory policies currently being reviewed by MOH. I will be obtaining another CTC success story from Siti instead. However, she mentioned that the claims are still pending and may take about a month to be fully processed. I will follow up with her after I return from my leave in July.
• Possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution • Accreditation as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW) is advantageous • Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in social service settings
