The Store Manager is responsible for the profitability of the chain restaurant outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions, such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, ordering inventory, and back-office support. He/she demonstrates the recruitment and retention, training, and motivation of staff, and maintains quality control, hygiene, health and safety standards, and customer's experience in the outlet.

Knowledge of current food and beverage trends. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the restaurant industry is required for this position. Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
