• Engage visitors proactively and facilitate their visits to the in-patient wards by explaining the visiting policy and guiding them through the self-help registration process at the kiosks or at the registration counters. • Attend to visitors' enquiries and handle complaints including escalation and denial for entry after visiting hours. • Attend to wayfinding & general enquiries from public and patients within the Healthcity Novena Campus. Provide assistance to patients at the various main entrances.
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Service Skills • Service-oriented with a passion to serve • Proficient in computer applications e.g. MS Office • Comfortable to perform staggering shift (between 7.30am and 9pm) including weekends and PH. • 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment preferred • Able to withstand long standing
