• Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in the smooth running of the production kitchen, which caters for daily patients' meals. • Prepare the daily ingredients, plating and dishing of meals, and ensure that meal quality standards are met.

• Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate • Comfortable in fast-paced work environment • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to perform staggering shift between 5am to 7pm including weekends and public holiday • First shift starts at 5am
