Taking responsibility and ownership of hot/cold station, setup, stocking Ensuring mise en place is prepared accordingly Taking responsibility for ordering items needed for your section and communicating this Strive for excellence in quality and presentation Leading commis in your station and sharing your skills and knowledge Keeping guest focus as the end goal in mid, with a flexible attitude Fosters a service culture by showing passion for service to others

Job Requirements

Completion of Chef Apprenticeship Good Hygiene Knowledge Food Safety Certificate Level 1 Required Safe and accurate knife skills Knowledge and experience in a variety of different cooking methods would be good, but not a must
