The Career Tailwind is a 3-part workshop series designed for mid-career professionals navigating job transitions, career changes, or a return to the workforce. You’ll walk away with a practical, repeatable framework you can apply immediately, not theory, but strategies that come from real lived experience.

Each session is designed around one idea: you are not just an applicant, you are a product going to market. 

Across the three sessions, you’ll learn how to prepare yourself intentionally, position yourself compellingly, reach the right people, and show up in interviews as a problem solver, not just a candidate.

Reach & Connect is a 2-hour workshop that teaches you to think like a B2B sales professional. You’ll learn how to map the right stakeholders at your target companies, write outreach messages that actually get replies, leverage warm introductions, and follow up with the right cadence.

You’ll walk away with a stakeholder map for one of your target companies, 3 personalised outreach messages ready to send, and a simple tracker to keep your pipeline moving.

Wilson Toh knows career transitions because he's lived them. Laid off from Airbnb, he rebuilt his career across FairPrice Group and now BCG, entering each role without prior industry experience. 

At BCG's RISE 2.0, he helps mid-career professionals in Singapore navigate their own transitions through SkillsFuture upskilling and career support. He facilitates these workshops not as a career coach with formal credentials, but as a fellow traveller who has done the work himself and built a practical framework from what actually makes a difference.
