1. Engineer

Job Description            

  • Sustain and provide continuous process improvement through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures 
  • Ensure that products meet all customers’ requirements in terms of quantity, yield and cycle time
  • Provide interim and long-term corrective actions for any discrepancies
  • Liaise with customers & potential customers on development & improvement of process, material and equipment capabilities

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wafer bumping or wafer fabrication
  • Fresh Degree with Engineering are welcome to apply

2. R&D Process Associate Engineer

Job Description

  • Supports engineer to acquire machine time, setup recipe and data collection
  • Basic understanding in Lithography and plating process
  • Perform measurements using manual scope or AOI tool 
  • Train Operations and transfer the developed and qualified technologies
  • Support Operations during LVM for excursion free ramp up

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or science in Chemistry/Physics)
  • Good project planning, monitoring and control skills
  • Good Technical Writing Skills
  • Open to work 12 hours shift
  • At least 2 years working experience in semiconductor assembly line     
  • Knowledge in DOE and Statistical Tools such as JMP

3. Technician

Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily production activities such as wafer / finished product handling and operating a variety of equipment
  • Perform basic machine setup / Conversions / Recipe change
  • Maintain documentation of production traveller, log sheet, specifications, etc.
  • Able to meet production goals
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure good safety practices in the production area
  • Follow strict compliance to Standards Operating Procedures (SOP).

Job Requirements

  • ITE Nitec & Above or experience operator
  • Experience in the Semiconductor / Manufacturing industry preferred. On the job training will be provided.
  • Able to perform a 12-hour rotating / permanent shift.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom and yellow light environment.
  • Candidate must be comfortable to wear Jumpsuit (PPE Attire).
  • Ability to understand written and spoken English
