1. Assistant / Senior Assistant (Machine / Wafer Operator)
Job Description
- Operate and perform minor troubleshooting of wafer sorter machines and automated guided vehicles.
- Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, unpacking, labeling, storing, picking, packing and distributing of materials for shipment.
- Carry out and report cycle count as required with ensuring all items are labelled and stored in rightful location as registered in system.
- Co-ordinate with forwarders for shipment booking and documentation.
- Handle proper documents filling and maintain accurate records for all stock movements.
- Lead and ensure shift members achieve logistic targets and adhere to guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of SOP, work instruction and relevant documentation.
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of relevant operating machine experience in semiconductor industry.
- Prior experience in wafer component would be a plus
- Possess good warehouse operation knowledge would be a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
2. Staff Technician (Plant / Facility Maintenance)
Job Description
- Acts as an interdisciplinary business function to manage facilities and ensures the optimal utilization of IFX facilities (space, infrastructure, services, shipment & receiving) in accordance with the law and environmental demands
- Ensuring the daily operation and maintenance of plant facilities. This includes carrying out the operation and maintenance program to sustain plant facilities
- Analyzing complex data and paying careful attention to detail to troubleshoot and recover plant facilities.
- Monitoring and collecting data and reporting on the performance efficiency, abnormalities, and breakdowns of Plant Facilities
- Coordinating and providing support for the hook up of production equipment, as well as attending to facilities requests from production and office.
- Actively communicate and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Responsible for checking and supervising vendor job activities, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for carrying out and supporting facilities continuous improvement projects. Involving identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance plant facilities and operations
- Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing operation, maintenance, engineering and project management
Requirements
- Min. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Certificate in Real Estate / Facility Management / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3-5 years of related working experience in plant/ facility maintenance
- Possess technical skill for system, equipment operations and maintenance
- Standby duty roster and being on standby for emergency duty on off days when needed
3 .Senior Technician - Line Automation Maintenance
Job Description
- Troubleshoot and Resolve equipment breakdowns on Plant Automation Equipment
- Perform System and Server Recovery on Automation and Manufacturing Systems
- Assist engineers with Software Roll-outs and periodic System Updates
- Impart basic operation and Troubleshooting skills to operators
- Perform Automation Equipment Critical Checks and Restoration
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on Automation Equipment
- Support engineers on Equipment Continuous Improvement Programs
- Assist engineers on Spare Part Management
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience with Automation Equipment
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
- Good Interpersonal, Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Communication Skills
- Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
- Willing to work on 12-hour permanent day/night shifts
4. Specialist - Final Test Technology (Contract)
Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment.
Job Description
- Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment
- Support engineering teams in operating & troubleshooting of engineering equipment & test hardware in production manufacturing line. (Tester, Handler, Buri-in ovens, Scanning Eqpt, Loadboard & Contactors.
- Responsible for both software and hardware testing in engineering equipment.
- Prepare and update report if there is any finding during equipment testing.
Requirements
- Min. NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 0-3 year of relevant technical hands-on experience in final test manufacturing equipment, preferably from semiconductor industry.
- Self-discipline with a positive, pro-active attitude & abundance curiosity to learn and expand personal knowledge and skills.
- Able to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural team.
- This is a 2 years contract (renewable - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
5. Senior Staff Technician (12 months Contract)
The technician is responsible for supporting product engineer in analyzing, diagnosing and processing failing devices from the production line as well as from customers. This role involves detailed investigation of customer complaints, identifying root causes and collaborating with various departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The technician will also document findings and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. This is a 12 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
Jon Description
- Return Analysis:
Receive and catalog returned products from customers.
Inspect and test returned items using automated test equipment (V93K, J750 and IBIS) to diagnose issues.
Document the condition and performance of returned products. - Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of return analysis, diagnostics and repairs.
Generate reports on common issues and trends observed in returned products.
Provide feedback to the quality assurance and product development teams to improve overall product quality. - Collaboration:
Work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to address product issues.
Requirements
- Vocational training in electronics, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical support role within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and automated test equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
