Available Positions
1. Senior Fire Safety Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Reporting and intervening when observing unsafe working conditions or practices.
  • Conduct Toolbox briefing to subcontractors and RA reviews before start of any works
  • Promptly reporting any reportable incidents to the Project HSSE Manager and related stakeholders. 
  • Enhancing safety awareness through safety training, drills, and courses. 
  • Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions. 
  • Ensuring closure of outstanding findings and non-conformance issues related to fire and safety. 
  • Conduct checks and remove any fire hazard that is found in the premises. 
  • Monitor the maintenance of the fire safety systems in the premises are in compliance with regulations.
  • Recommend tests for fire safety systems to ensure they are in good operating condition.
  • Create awareness to the occupants in establishing a fire safe environment. 
  • Conduct fire safety campaign / talks / discussion / lesson.
  • Organize, co-ordinate, and document fire safety meetings.
  • Conduct fire drills, table-top exercise (TTE) and evaluate the effectiveness of said exercises and drills.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with SCDF on all matters relating to fire safety and its requirements.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services
  • Registered FSM with SCDF
  • Workplace Safety and Health Officer
  • Experience in IFM related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years working experience as a SFSM.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant) is an added advantage
     

2. Quality Manager

  • Establish Quality Management System (QMS) to manage and deliver works and services to meet the safety, quality and performance of the service standard
  • Lead and supervise a team of Executives
  • Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirement
  • Manage the Document Control system
  • Review processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
  • Conduct assessments and review on sub-contractors’ Performance
  • Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
  • Prepare monthly report on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors 
  • Other project or duties as assigned.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma/degree in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent with relevant training in Quality Management System (QMS), ISO requirements and its application 
  • Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor training course in ISO or other equivalent certification
  • Experience in IFM related field or auditing field is preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls

 

3. Maintenance Response Team Engineer
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to fault request within stipulated timing
  • Attend day to day work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist
  • Respond to work order within the stipulated timing
  • Supervision of Contractors during servicing
  • Handle minor rectifications that can be rectified internally
  • Troubleshoot power switches and light sets
  • Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
  • Need to perform shift works (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
  • Perform Daily routine inspection on critical facilities (Generator, Air Con, etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc FM related duties

Requirements

  • Min ITE Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Facilities Management.
  • Experience in IFM related field is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered.
  • Possess good technical knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in Mechanical (ACMV) and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
  • Process Class 3 license 
  • Able to commit flexible working hours, including weekends, shift work, and extended hours whenever necessary.
  • A team player whom is able to display honesty with a keen learning attitude, quick adaptability to assimilate to the work environment.
  • The work consist of manual work which requires physical abilities to perform.
  • Pro-active and independent, able to perform with minimal supervision
