(1.30pm - 2.00pm) What 200 Rejections Taught Me That 15 Years of Service Didn't

Synopsis: 

Midzi spent fifteen years in the Singapore Prison Service, first as an elite tactical operator, later as a rehabilitation counsellor, because he believed a person's life could turn. Then a serious service injury ended that career, and he had to test the belief on himself. 

Starting with zero tech background at 37, he became a full-stack developer, a certified cybersecurity practitioner, and an AI Ready ASEAN Certified Master Trainer. Two hundred job applications still came back with nothing. 

What he did next is the part worth hearing: he stopped asking for a seat and built his own, and today runs his consultancy with a workforce of AI agents. He'll show you exactly what that means for your next move.
